Contract: Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 Seattle, WA
PR: 70-75/hr
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize operational workflows used by Trust and & Safety investigators
- Building alignment across product teams, cross functional partners (Global Operations, Payments, FP&A, Community Support, etc.) and Leadership/Executive teams.
- Communicating day to day as well as long term updates to senior management
- Come up with recommendations for build vs buy decisions, technology innovations, and trends in the industry and large architectural changes in their product domain area
- Maintain product and operational backlog. Own prioritization process for solutions
- 5 years of product or program or operations management experience in Trust & Safety
- Fraud, risk, safety product experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional deep dive, problem solving, collaboration, partnership and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus across teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication ability to a diverse stakeholder audience, including a global team of C-level executives, product, and technical stakeholders
- More than comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization
- Strategic platform and systematic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution and impact delivery
- Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead teams through success
