Position: Russell Tobin is partnering with a premier civil construction leader based in Florida. Our client is renowned for their specialization in highway, heavy construction, and site development, and they pride themselves on self-performing the majority of their work.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in civil and highway construction, with a focus on heavy construction and site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects, from planning through to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Track project progress, address any issues, and ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in civil/highway construction and site development.
• Demonstrated experience in civil/heavy highway construction.
• A degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective project management.
