Job Description

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Regulatory Specialist (Hybrid) for a cosmetic client in Columbus, Ohio area!

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and experience/interest in regulatory compliance in the personal care/home products/fragrance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with the regulatory review, registration and tracking of new and existing product lines which may include Cosmetics/Personal Care, Home Fragrances, Consumer Goods, Accessories and Gift sets.
  • Focusing on flawless execution and delivery of end-to-end compliance including label review, systems, process and data management.
  • Support and coordination of documentation and related dossiers and/or submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reports to Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist. Typically no direct reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences
  • Experience/interest in regulatory compliance of related industries

Additional Details :

  • This is an entry-level , hybrid (onsite one day a week), not suitable for those with significant regulatory/compliance experience
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Pay rate approved up to $23.45/hr

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
