Details:
- $16-19/hr DOE
- 6 month W-2 Contract
- Remote, CST Business hours
- Process carrier claims (UPS, FedEx) in a timely manner to identify lost packages
- CW will mainly be communicating with carriers when necessary, as well as other team members.
- Help process freight claims totaling over (USD)300,000 for 2023.
- Worker processes claims, prepares correspondence, and fulfills internal customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a Transportation field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- A minimum of secondary/high school degree or equivalent education is required
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
