Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Resource Coordinator to work for our client in the Media industry. Apply now for consideration!Contract: W2, 9 months
Location: Remote (Hartford, CT)
Pay Rate: $24-28/hour Based on YOE
Brief Summary:The team is responsible for vetting and approving expense report submissions for staff. Each population has distinct expense reimbursement policies that must be strictly adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Vet and approve Concur expense reports for Regular Remote Employees to ensure expenses align with company policy, are appropriate for the assignment, contain event coding, and are fiscally responsible.
- Ensure expenses that do not align with policy or corrections are sent back for employee review with appropriate policy information and direction.
- Approve submitted expense reports within 10 days of submission.
- Ensure reimbursement of submitted expense reports within 30 days of submission.
- Vet submitted timesheets for per-diem and laundry stipend reimbursement per agreements, ensuring accurate reimbursement within 10 days of trip end date.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform tasks under tight deadlines, work independently, and manage simultaneous projects.
- Strong computer experience with proficiency in Windows-based PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Flexibility to alter shifts/days off to accommodate projects and departmental objectives.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and policies.
Rate/Salary: $24-28/Hour Based on YOE
