We are partnering with a world-renowned Michelin chef in search of an energetic RESTAURANT MANAGER dedicated to providing white-glove hospitality while fostering collaboration and motivation in yet another new venture, located in the heart of NYC.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring guests have a memorable, thoughtful, and dynamic dining experience
• Ethically lead and motivate a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the brand's integrity
• Manage operational aspects and reporting, including reporting and budgetary controls.
• Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and procedures.
• Develop and execute programs to increase revenue by cultivating repeat client relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years restaurant management experience, specifically in fine dining and high-volume settings, with a proven track record of leadership and guest satisfaction.
• TIPS training certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively manage a diverse team and promote a culture of excellence and respect.
• Knowledge of food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, inventory management, opening and closing procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including budgeting and financial acumen
