As Senior Project Manager, you will lead project planning and execution, leveraging your expertise in estimation and planning. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing scope, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Providing on-site leadership, building and motivating teams, and managing resources to achieve project goals.
2. Project Planning and Execution: Managing all project phases from initiation to deployment, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, reporting on project success criteria, and providing regular status updates.
4. Risk Management: Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.
5. Quality Control: Participating in quality control activities and resolving quality issues.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PM experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, JIRA Software
• Experience generating business documents such as BRDs, etc.
• Writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work.
• Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Ability to take on supervisor responsibilities for other project managers at the company, while still leading complex project(s)
• Strong background in leading executive-level presentations and upholding deadlines through clear communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Lead workshops and expertise in driving business process optimization discussions
