Russell Tobin Associates is currently seeking an experienced Transportation Support Analyststo support their Inbound Transportation group in Tempe, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry. This is a 4-month contract that is TEMP TO HIRE for successful contractors!

Job Title: Transportation Support Analyst

Pay: $22.00 - 23.63/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 4-months - CONTRACT TO HIRE

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week // 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: HYBRID (2 days onsite; 3 days remote) in Tempe, AZ

Wed, Thurs on site

Mon, Tues, Fri remote

**Role may transition to fully onsite if converted to full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Inbound Transportation group including managing scheduled pickups, re-routing hauls, resolving issues, data analysis, and interacting with several vendors. (Hauls = 18 wheelers with freight)
• Will be assigned to approximately 50 vendors and use Excel to track vendor activity.
• Reach out to vendors to learn issues and resolve.
• Analyze vendor and shipment data in Excel.
• Problem-solving with shipment (i.e. why shipment wasn't picked up).
• Direct impact of up to 1000 shipments/week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree (2 years of college) required
• At least 4 years of related industry work experience
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Able to analyze and interpret data
• Problem-solving attitude
• Able to work with multiple systems and screens (multiple tabs systems at once)

EDUCATION:

• At least 2 years of college (associate's degree)
