Job Description & Qualifications

The Rutgers Law School's Child Advocacy Clinic is looking for a staff attorney to join our small team of passionate attorneys representing foster youth in their immigration cases.

• Applicant must possess a JD and be licensed to practice law in New Jersey or some other State
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in family and/or immigration law and excellent oral and written communication skills.

• This is a union position with a competitive salary (up to 90k). Although the project is grant funded, the funding has been continuously renewed since 2016.
