STATUS: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology
REPORTS TO: Director of Information Technology
Position ConceptTo serve the Mission, Vision and Values of REH, Inc by assisting in the administration, configuration and testing of interdepartmental applications. Provides technical support, in house documentation and training to staff. Researches solutions to the changing needs of the organization and informs the IT Director and relevant staff of the findings. Plays integral part of deploying solutions that the organization decides to incorporate.
Essential Functions
- Assists with planning and execution of software upgrades and projects.
- Researches, identifies and builds reports as needed for specific data requirements.
- Ensure efficient systems and data management to keep REH current with Tessitura best practices.
- Analyze and resolve software discrepancies.
- Tessitura data management.
- Creates documentation including standards and procedures.
- Resolves application related Help Desk App tickets; reaching out to vendors when necessary.
- Participates in all organizational meetings related to IT data.
- Serves as resource and backup to team in the process of building events and ticketing.
- Professionally represent Ruth Eckerd Hall at all times.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize files, workflow and to prioritize organizational needs.
- A professional approach to understanding and defining issues from user’s perspective.
- Ability to anticipate problems or to identify them before significant impact on service delivery, expenses or revenues.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Two years of college with concentration of business preferred.
- Two years’ experience with computerized ticketing program required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Tessitura preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods-of-time.
- Ability to operate computer, calculator, and other basic office machines.
- Ability to use telephone.
- Ability to maintain good attendance.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
