Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Sales Associates to lead our teamand drive the success of our fashion and sport apparel store. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product displays, promote sales, and enhance the overall visual appeal of the store.
• Collaborate with the buyer to curate a diverse and appealing product assortment that aligns with current market trends and customer preferences.
• Create a comprehensive merchandising plan that outlines product placement, promotions, and seasonal changes to guide employees in executing a consistent store layout.
• Lead and inspire a team of employees by providing clear direction, setting performance targets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Train and coach employees on best practices for customer engagement, including product knowledge, customer service, and upholding brand standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, making data-driven decisions to adjust merchandising strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate in-store events, promotions, and advertising efforts to attract foot traffic and boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Partner with the buyer to create a balanced work schedule that provides employees with work/life balance opportunities while adequately covering store operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment, overseeing inventory management, product replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting successes, challenges, and proposed improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in merchandising, ideally within the fashion or sport apparel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
