Ruttenberg Dickerson PC is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with a valid Virginia license to join our dynamic team in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced attorneys and support staff, handling a variety of cases and providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and preparation.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1-3 years of experience in legal practice preferred, but not required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
