The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a willingness to learn. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost close rates and sales. Combination inside and outside sales with a focus on inside sales. We are looking for a sales professional that this punctual, dependable, and motivated to increase our sales. Must be able to present our company and products in a professional manner.

You will have the opportunity to sell Kubota, Land Pride, Cub Cadet, Husqvarna products, and a number of other lines for a 75-year-old family owned and operated business.

We have locations in Torrington and New Milford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Work with potential clients to solve their equipment needs by presenting appropriate products
• Work with sales team to learn inventory trends and needed supply
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 5 years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in OPE, Tractor, or Construction Equipment preferred
