RV Country is Hiring a RV Show Team - Administration Near Sparks, NV
We are looking for an Event and Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring the highest quality of service. Your role will involve remote duties between shows, extensive travel for up to 3 weeks at a time, and on-site responsibilities during events. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of RV Show events.
Manage logistics, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Conduct unit quality assurance checks.
Web Management
Load deals and run credit
Run our delivery calendar
Write repair lists.
Track inventory.
Communicate with drivers,
Mediate info between sales and service and finance.
Experience in logistics.
Ability to travel for extended periods up to two weeks or more and work long hours as needed.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of RV's is a significant plus, but not required.
