Job Title: Dealership Accounting Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Accounting Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting office of our dealership and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Responsibilities:

- Complete daily operations of the dealership. Including batch deposits, title work, and data entry.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported to the corporate accounting staff.

- Ensure all deals are in proper order with all paperwork completed and in correct order.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, make sure bills are scanned into corporate accounting staff.

- Manage Rental Customers. (Commissions are paid based on rental income)

- Ensure compliance with all state, accounting and manufacturer policies and procedures

- Answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate department.

- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year Title work experience

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a dealership setting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Full-Time availability. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
