Job Title: Service Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately documenting and communicating service needs to our technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and accurately document their service needs

- Communicate service needs to technicians and ensure timely completion of work

- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work

- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate billing

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

- Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role preferred
