We are seeking a dynamic Employee Relations Associate who thrives in a fast-paced strategic environment, possesses performance management experience, and has a strong willingness to learn and grow in the Employee Relations (ER) space.
As we continue to experience rapid growth, the ER Associate will serve as a strategic partner to our ER Manager, responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a wide range of performance-based HR services, support, and consultation.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
  • Provide support in recording keeping and ER tracking using ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with UIA state requirement notices.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to provide guidance and support in creating and finalizing coaching plans.
  • Act as a thought partner to the ER Manager on employee relations matters.
  • Contribute effectively to priority projects and initiatives at both the HR-wide and business team levels.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for the People Experience Team.
  • Compile and maintain documentation related to investigations.
  • Fulfill record requests as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a relevant professional field, demonstrating progression and growth in scope and performance.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions, integrating HR and business strategies.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a drive to improve processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Starting Salary: $52,300 - $66,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
