RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medelln, is looking for a highly organized, and detail oriented, Proposal Coordinator to join MOYA Design Partners. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the proposal development process from start to finish. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure that all proposals are compelling, accurate, and submitted on time.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire proposal development process, including planning, scheduling, and resource organization, while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to develop proposal strategies, win themes, and gather accurate, persuasive content tailored to client needs.
• Write, edit, proofread, and review proposal sections for clarity, coherence, and alignment with RFP requirements, maintaining quality and consistency standards.
• Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing proposal layouts and graphics using InDesign, enhancing the overall impact.
• Maintain a proposal content library with templates, boilerplate text, and project descriptions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, leading kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and review meetings.
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform proposal development and integrate industry best practices.
• Manage proposal documentation, and filing systems, and track progress, providing regular status updates to senior management and assisting in the preparation and submission of proposals.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Advanced English Level (C1 )
• 5 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
