**Responsibilities**

* Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.

* Select and stage parts for customer orders.

* Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness.

* Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.

* Communicate with and educate customers on our products.

* Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.

* Perform daily collection of credit accounts.

* Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.

**Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of prior driving experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

* Valid drivers license and a clean abstract required

* Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve

* Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs

* Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
