The Associate, Buisness Applications will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions that support the company's strategic goals.
The Sr. Associate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure that the requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with the business needs.
They will also provide technical support, documentation, and training for IT systems and applications. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the software management portfolio system, ensuring that all applications are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
The applicant must have the ability to perform tasks independently and / or with minimum guidance, and to take a leadership role in the software development life cycle to ensure project tasks are completed.
This includes business use case analysis, designing or selecting the application, stakeholder communication, testing the application, deploying and documenting the solution.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations. The candidate must be able to work with remote teams, both within the US and globally.
The candidate must also be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time. The candidate must be flexible to work off hours as required to install product upgrades, support production problems and other corporate emergencies.
Pay range : The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York is $71,000- $107,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.
S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
Eligible employees also participate in short-term incentives, in addition to salary.
