The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or injuries to improve mobility.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or injuries to improve mobility.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Compassionate and patient centered approach to care
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Shift working, 8:00 4:00pm
- PD
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient's physical limitations & functional abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plan based on patient's individual needs & goals
- Monitor & adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate & timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes & treatment plans
- Stay current with developments in the field of physical Therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities
