Job Purpose :

We're searching for a top-notch Project Manager (5 years) to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities 

• Engage internal stakeholders on an on-going basis to ensure the product, security, operational and system integration requirements are captured in the relevant product or technical specifications and subsequently implemented correctly
• Facilitate end to end delivery process working with internal stakeholderstakeholders, delivery team and vendors through each stage till go-live.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project delivery.
• Ensure that all project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Provide project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and raise red flags so as to resolve risks or issues.to resolve risks or issues.
• Solve problems to usher progress.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing digital projects development.
• Experience in conducting and facilitating discovery workshops to gather requirements.
• Experience in both agile and waterfall project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in execution.
• Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence on project status updates.
• Excellent external and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Experience in project management in the delivery of digital news products on the Web, iOS, Android apps.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office & Google Apps.
• Certified Scrum Master and Project Management.
