SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift. 38 hour work week during non-busy season with the option for summer hours.
We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our expanding team. Our firm is renowned for delivering top-notch tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and offering specialized support to clients in the real estate, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake in-depth tax research.
- Oversee and manage client portfolios effectively.
- Oversee and prepare tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, and Individuals.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and specific client information prepared by clients.
- Engage in meaningful correspondence with clients to gather information, offer counsel, and set clear expectations.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, complemented by experience in public accounting.
- Experience in conducting tax research.
- 3-8 years in tax preparation and review.
- An individual who is adept at juggling multiple tasks, can work independently, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients and address their needs promptly.
