Job Summary: 

RxResults is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as an entry-level Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpretative skills, apply deductive reasoning, and provide customized responses. This role includes making outbound calls to pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and patients regarding medications. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn and adapt to changing environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret requests and provide precise, tailored information in response.
• Make outbound calls to pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and patients to discuss medication-related inquiries.
• Utilize deductive reasoning to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure requests or inquiries are delivered to the responsible departments, as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Adapt to new technologies and changing work environments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience in a customer service, employee health benefit, or healthcare-related role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
