Position Summary:
The QA Lead role is responsible to manage all aspects of user acceptance testing and the quality assurance lifecycle pertaining to the RxSense. This includes end to end accountability for the testing quality of the user experience through visual inspection and functional testing against established QA principals, methodology and guidelines. This position requires the ability to oversee, manage and report out the status of manual test cases, execution of test scripts and defect remediation. Also, it should require hands on, technical, and automation knowledge.
In addition to the Quality Assurance Function this position is required to lead and maintain a highly efficient/effective team. This includes but is not limited to ongoing team training, process documentation, and mentorship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance testing functions for Pharmacy Business Management across multiple functional areas, including Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence / Analytics platforms and Billing.
• Must be able to lead and coordinate with on and offshore QA teams to meet project requirements.
• Prepare test cases, document scenarios and lead testing process/structure with on and offshore teams.
• Must be able to write SQL queries for development of functional test cases.
• Define testing strategies and standards to ensure product being tested meets or exceeds standards.
• Create test plans and define various levels of testing phases.
• Record test results and defects and promptly communicate to development teams and management on progress.
• Ensures that testing meets all deadlines set forth in those plans.
• Should interact and collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering team and report on high-level metrics for team management on status and progress.
• Participate in project requirement sessions, analyze and build test cases and prepare test plan.
• Define department best practices, oversee personnel management, work with senior leadership on hiring functions.
• Represent RxSense QA team of Data and Analytics engineering on internal and external calls with third party and/or client facing areas.
• Continued refinement and enhancement to the QA SDLC process with a focus on continued implementation of a best in class Quality Assurance Team.
• Recruitment/evaluation of new hires and contract employees.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and 6 plus years of related work experience.
• Prior management experience/Must have a demonstrated work history leading highly successful and motivated teams.
• Should have worked on testing projects related to database/data warehouse like, Snowflake, MS SQL server, Oracle.
• Experienced on data visualization platforms like, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for functional test case development.

Salary Range: $118,000 - $142,000
