**RY Services is seeking a Program Supervisor for an newly implemented program. Looking to make an impact? As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the team helping families connect with resources in their community, implementing evidence based curriculum, training our team, developing leaders and providing families with the supports they need to reunify or stay together. Position Summary:
The Program Supervisor will oversee and implement all elements of an evidence based program including training, implementing services with fidelity and oversee documentation and ensure all deadlines are met. Assuring the delivery of services to families that allow them the best opportunity to live sustainable lives free from abuse, neglect, addiction, and mental health burdens. The team provides a multi-faceted community-based service that works with vulnerable families in their homes, in the context on their neighborhoods, to help them meet the basic needs of their children and prevent child maltreatment and out of home placement. They will oversee evidence-based parent skill building principles that are individualized to family needs, culture, and readiness to change.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in assigning cases and manage appropriate caseloads
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, their family members, and their significant support systems.
  • Attend meetings with individual team members in their clients natural home setting, providing face to face and telephone interventions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Child and Family Team while working in support of the team process.
  • Oversee assessments, both initial assessment for intake of clients and updated assessment, at least annually, or as clinically indicated to meet client need.
  • Oversee screenings for client/family needs and develop Individualized Service Plans, and crisis/safety plans, in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • In conjunction with the team, evaluate and continually monitor client/family progress in meeting goals and anticipated outcomes.
  • Assist client/family in accessing services and resources to meet identified health, behavioral health, and social needs.
  • Strengthen connections to positive community resources identified by the Child and Family Team.
  • Oversee the coordination of services with clients/families and other service providers.
  • Assist clients and families in obtaining community services, securing appointments with outside services and agencies as needed.
  • Provide psycho-educational information, resources, and advocacy as needed to assist client/family in meeting goals.
  • Oversee that client services are provided in community settings
  • Perform other supervisory duties as assigned.
  • Assist with planning and facilitating weekly trainings
  • Develop our leadership team, oversee task completion, evaluate reports, maintain program fidelity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Experience supervising or managing others
  • Master's Degree in a Social Science or Behavioral Health.
  • Must have Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and vehicle, with a clean driving record (no major violations or DUI) within the past 39 months
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Ability to relate well with families of varied lifestyles, backgrounds, and ethnicities;
  • Experience in cultural diversity;
  • Ability to assess a family’s strengths and weaknesses;
  • Experience in mediation and other interventions;
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse/neglect
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain to clients, family members and friends and professionals the case care plan and maintain good case records
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to determine the best care plan for each client after assessing clients, analyzing notes from health care and social workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
