**Job Description**

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate General Manager to join our team in Minneapolis!

Some things you can expect to do:

* Lead, motivate and grow a team of Real Estate Managers.

* Develop and foster client relations.

* Thorough understanding of market dynamics.

* Lead the disposition process for assets sold.

* Create and maintain asset values for long term holds.

* Supervise vendors and tenants.

* Develop financial budget.

* Maintain expense controls, financial reporting, and risk management.

* Manage the leasing process and CAM pools.

* Own the financial and variance reporting process.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of real estate management experience, and a bachelors degree in business, economics, real estate, or related area of study. You will have basic accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Must have an advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.

* Are working towards or have one of the professional designations: CCIM, CPM, or RPA.
