Central Sales Representative - Level 1
Location: We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Charlotte, NC office. Required to be in office 4 days a week to optimize team collaboration.
45k base salary - 70-75k total comp year 1
JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities:
Hitting and exceeding Monthly, Quarterly and and Yearly sales goals
Executing and optimizing sales process from Lead to Close
Building a deep understanding of the company's Network’s value proposition to ensure all customers are being serviced adequately.
Actively discover customer details, goals and painpoints and align company value proposition to solve those painpoints and align to goals.
Overcome common objections through calls, emails, meetings, presentations.
Providing ideas and insights back to sales leadership.
Participate and Contribute to success of account team selling including but not limited to solutions consultants, SDR’s, product manager, and sales leadership
Providing accurate sales forecasts to management including updating CRM tool (Salesforce)
FOCUS: Expand SMB supplier customers by replacing competitive or manual trading partner connections with our comoany. Expand integrations with existing customers. Respond and execute to inbound leads in a timely manner and optimize potential expansion with each inbound lead. Execute on lead lists in a timely and effective fashion to drive revenue and grow business
Skills/Qualifications:
3 - 5 years Sales experience with knowledge of Selling a plus
Strong aptitude for sales proven through results of Sales Skills test.
A strong passion and drive for learning and leading sales cycles
A proven track record of strong work ethic
High degree of confidence and self motivation
Sound judgment and high emotional intelligence
Embrace outbound activity to generate new pipeline.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and that ability to identify and mock-up sales collateral
Proven ambition through non-work related activities (charity work, sports involvement, etc)
A sense of humor and humbleness
