Director of People Operations

The Director of People Operations is responsible for the development, implementation, and strategic direction of people and culture initiatives, ensuring the consistency of best practices while remaining innovative in their approach. This individual will champion the needs of the employee, as well as proactively nurture company-wide growth. This individual will also be responsible for company-wide training as well as recruitment, employment, retention of employees and research of our markets. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, and coordinating the delivery of training for all organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include managing placement, training and performance of employees to ensure the availability of qualified applicants to meet the needs of construction operations while ensuring low turnover. The role requires a strong demonstrated capability and track record in building and driving all People Ops functions in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, and driving innovative improvements to the employee experience.
