Requirements
We are seeking experienced, responsible associates to work on our maintenance crews. You will be managing a team of skilled lawn technicians on both commercial and residential routes, operating a variety of equipment, and being the face and voice of RYAN. Overview of job description, duties, responsibilities and requirements. Other skills and abilities needed to carry out this type of work are:
- The ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods and routinely lift and carry up to 50 lb
- Professional and friendly customer service
- Willingness to be part of a growing team
- The ability to to work outside in all weather conditions
What qualifications are necessary?
Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid drivers license is encouraged to apply. At least 6 months of experience in lawn care is required, and experience managing a crew is preferred.
