We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.

In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership!

Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in managing paperwork and executing administrative duties is crucial.
• Demonstrates initiative and a keen desire for advancement within the insurance field.
• Capable of fostering effective teamwork and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
• Readiness to acquire necessary licenses.
