We are Rycor (www.rycorhvac.com), the largest and fastest growing installer of heat pumps in the Northeast. Opening multiple locations and offering top pay and benefits including 401(k), paid vacation time, medical, dental, and vision. We are seeking experienced candidates to install green energy solutions specializing in Mitsubishi ductless mini split heat pumps.
Responsibilities will include:
- installing mounting brackets
- installing refrigerants of the line hide
- disconnecting electrical service
- securing heat pump to mounting systems
- installing indoor air handlers
- terminating electrical wires in the air handler
- terminating electrical wires in the condensing unit
- exhibiting proper copper flaring technique
- performing a standing leak check with the nerve gas nitrogen
- evacuating systems before charging with refrigerant
- displaying the proper technique to weigh in refrigerator two systems
- demonstrating the proper way to work in Main electrical breaker panels
- the start-up and commission new heat pump systems
You should be proficient in:
- Excellent Communication Skills

Salary info:
