Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a personable, skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including pipes, valves, fittings, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and other plumbing components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide the customer multiple options to solve their problem.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
