Job Description
We are currently seeking a Low Voltage/Security Technician or an individual with enthusiasm to learn a new skill set and enter a new field of work.
Responsibilities:
- Install cable for PACS, Cameras and Network connected equipment.
- Install and repair security equipment and software.
- Install various types of raceways and cabling system.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, IDS and access control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on low voltage wiring and systems.
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in low voltage cabling, security systems or other related fields preferred but, not required.
- The following are preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Willing and able to travel for work assignments.
