Rylem Staffing is Hiring a Business Systems Analyst I Near Bellevue, WA
- Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements
- Write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large-scale business units
- Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow up with transportation providers
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards
- produce large-scale improvements on the return of claims checks and identify future opportunities within carrier contracts
- Freight claims processing, SOP creation, processes creation, systems updates and reconfiguration, vendor management, reporting, and dashboard creation
- At least 1 year of relevant experience required
- Basic office skills, SAP would be helpful, SQL server
- Experience working in transportation, working with parcel transportation carriers, and with freight claims processing and/or freight claims investigations
- Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus
- Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Motivation to create change
