Contract: 12 months plus

Minimum Qualifications:

● Prior experience with Meta/Facebook can be considered to supplement an applicant’s prior years of experience or types of prior experience to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

● 2 years’ experience as a technical program manager

● 3 years of test engineering, systems engineering, or software engineering experience.

● B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

● Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks, and creating a path forward.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with release management tools and systems.

● Project management skills with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

● Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.

● Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience implementing and managing software release management processes for 0 to 1 consumer device products.

● Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

● Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines.

● Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system.

● Experience and/or knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

● Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred, as many of our vendor/partners are located in Taiwan
