Store Manager

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of store employees
- Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maximize efficiency
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and stakeholders at all levels
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
