**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Barista to join the Rype Juice Bar team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy living, a positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including juices, smoothies, coffees, superfood lattes, teas, as well as assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso shots according to recipes.
- Greet customers and take their orders politely.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
- Input customer orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are prepared in accordance with company specification guidelines and recipes.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout each shift.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items as well as specials offered at various times during the day or week.
- Educate customers on proper product usage instructions including brewing tips, grinding techniques, storage options, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations related to food service handling practices.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a great customer experience.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions.
- Proven ability to operate coffee machines and other equipment related to the job.
- Good team working skills, with an approachable attitude and positive outlook.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- An understanding of cafe menu items, drinks ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of specialist beverages such as coffees, espressos, or teas is advantageous but not essential
