Job Description
As a Client support specialist, your responsibility will include helping clients mitigate risk by offering proactive recommendations to new and pre-existing clients. You will also be involved in resolving billing queries, updating policies, and offering proactive insurance recommendations to existing policyholders.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in customer service and possess outstanding communication skills. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, establishing a robust feedback mechanism to continuously improve our services, and monitoring overall company performance.

Compensation:$30,000 - $50,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist customers with information about products and service questions, general information, and complaints.
- Establish and manage a feedback loop to gather insights for service improvement.
- Monitor company performance metrics related to customer service and provide regular reports.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales.
- Valid Identification.

- Quiet Work Space.
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
