Job Description

We are seeking a service-minded individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our potential and existing clients. As our next Client Support Specialist, you will review the features and benefits of our available programs to our potential clients by offering proper plan advancement. You will also provide outstanding service to existing clients by resolving billing issues, updating benefit packages and recommending enhancements.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and excellent phone communication skills. You will also manage ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, foster an open and meaningful feedback loop, and monitor company progress. If this describes you, apply now!

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 annually based on performance

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers/clients.
  • Identify customer/client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Build, maintain, and manage customer accounts.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing product and service inquiries, general information, and complaints.
  • Follow up thoroughly on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints with care and precision to achieve complete satisfaction.
  • Update customer accounts with new information as necessary.
  • Regularly meet with team leads to stay informed about the latest services and products.
Qualifications:
  • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended).
  • Valid identification.
  • Laptop and/or iPad.
  • High-speed internet.
  • Quiet workspace.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
