As an EOL Protection Specialist, your responsibility will include helping clients mitigate risk by offering proactive recommendations to new and pre-existing clients. You will also be involved in resolving billing queries, updating policies, and offering proactive insurance recommendations to existing policyholders.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in customer service and possess outstanding communication skills. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, establishing a robust feedback mechanism to continuously improve our services, and monitoring overall company performance.
