As an EOL Protection Specialist, your responsibility will include helping clients mitigate risk by offering proactive recommendations to new and pre-existing clients.

You will also be involved in resolving billing queries, updating policies, and offering proactive insurance recommendations to existing policyholders.

$30,000- $50,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist customers with information about products and service questions, general information, and complaints.
• Establish and manage a feedback loop to gather insights for service improvement.
• Monitor company performance metrics related to customer service and provide regular reports.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in customer service and sales.
• Valid Identification.
• Laptop and / or iPad.
• High-Speed Internet.
• Quiet Work Space.
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
