Responsibilities:
- Assist project team with initial project setup.
- Organize and maintain project documentation in established project-specific file system.
- Track and collect executed subcontracts, insurance documents, and licenses.
- Develop, distribute, and track correspondence related to the project subcontracts.
- Work with project team members to ensure initial compliance documents are obtained prior to subcontractor’s first day onsite
- Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders.
- Coordinate receipt of subcontractor invoices and approval process.
- Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy, verify compliance and request document revisions before submitting for payment.
- Request subcontractor and supplier releases.
- Assist project team with project close out.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for project teams.
- Order and maintain office supplies/equipment, and scheduling maintenance as necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a team-based environment.
- Ability to problem solve and develop outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
Full Time / Salary Range: $40k- $80k per year depending on experience
