Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy college student to join our team this summer as a Summer Technical Specialist. This role is crucial as you will assist in setting up and enhancing our network, telecommunications, and Google Workspace infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about running a global business from top industry experts in a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the company network and telecommunications systems.
• Set up and integrate Google Workspace tools and AI solutions to streamline internal processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely assistance to staff.
• Document technical setups and create user guides or training sessions.
• Collaborate across departments to identify technical needs and implement effective solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in networking, telecommunications, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong interest or coursework in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
