Salary : Pay range $13.00 - $17.00 based on applicable level of experience.

Retail positions available at our Lititz Pike store. Monday through Saturday shifts. Employees receive free lunches, employee discounts, and the opportunity to work alongside some really awesome people.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products
• Differentiate between products, helping customers compare and contrast flavors, textures, parings, etc.
• Answer all customer questions and address concerns
• Process financial transactions
• Train / operate food service equipment (slicer, chipper, etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of retail experience desired
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
