The essential duties and responsibilities include, although are not limited to the following:

• Main responsibility is Application of all Cash receipts and application of clearing allowable deductions;
• Submitting invoices via email to customers;
• Navigates/reviews customer websites for account information (payment of invoices, downloading/printing of chargeback’s/debits and updates on account);
• Collects on invoices for factored/non factored accounts;
• Reconciles chargeback’s/debits (shortages, warehouse violations, EDI, allowances etc.);
• Assists AR/Credit Manager with special projects

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cash applications/Collections /Accounts Receivable department in the Wholesale industry;
• Experience with the AS400/JDE software preferred;
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Intermediate Excel and Outlook;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Able to meet deadlines
