S.F. Express Corporation is Hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive Near Castle, DE

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales within the logistics industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by large corporations in managing their supply chains. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify enterprise-level leads and opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Lead and conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address clients' logistics challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with key account customers and drive to improve service.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Industry experience is not required, but familiarity with international logistics market and e-commerce customers are ideal.
  • Aggressive hunter, with a proven track record of building extensive pipelines.
  • Excellent and effective emailing and phone cold-calling and follow-up skills.
  • Great ability to quickly build rapport, trust and cultivate relationships.
  • Proven success sales records with innovative solutions to customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
