Our company is a leading supplier of home textiles in the U.S. with a broad customer base in brick and mortar and e-commerce. This position is on-site at our Great Neck Office. In-office days are Monday through Thursday with every Friday as a work from home option.
We are seeking a dynamic team player that is responsible for evaluating, strategizing, and optimizing market opportunities to maximize sales and drive digital exposure for assigned E-Commerce accounts. The role also requires digital support of in-house accounts partnering with the Sales team. The E-Commerce Manager reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage relationships with online divisions of omnichannel retailers collaboratively with the Sales team’s Account Executive (Target.com, Walmart.com, Kohls.com, etc.)
· Formulate new product strategies and oversee product launch cycles from product setup to go-live
· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and digital merchants
· Maximize and maintain company profitability across all digital accounts
· Manage projects cross-functionally with internal teams (Design, Creative Services, Demand Planning, Logistics, etc.) to deliver the highest degree of client service
· Assist with digital partnerships (PR/digital/social) and digital aspects of licensee/licensor partnerships
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:
· Internal systems item setup & maintenance
· Retailer partner item setup & maintenance
· Strong analytical and report creation skills
· Provide digital sales reporting, analysis and status updates to upper management weekly
· Respond to daily communications from customers thoroughly and completely
· Monitor sites daily to identify new opportunities with product pages and category page optimization
· Collaborate with E-Commerce team members to optimize digital ad campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ACOS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 5-7 years of experience in B2B2C E-Commerce merchandising, sales, and/or account management
· At least 2 years experience managing a direct report/overseas team
· B2B experience working with Amazon and the online divisions of major retailers (Kohls.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, etc.) required
· In-depth knowledge of at least two other major retailer or e-tailer portals (Wayfair Extranet, Walmart Item 360, Target POL, Kohls K-Link, etc.)
· 3P Amazon Seller Central, Walmart 3P, Shopify/Big Commerce knowledge
· Advanced knowledge of Excel required (including pivot tables & VLOOKUP's)
· Ability to organize work activities with strong attention to detail and good follow-through skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Social Media marketing knowledge a plus
· Ability to work with efficiency and focus in a friendly, fast-moving environment

TRAVEL: This position requires some travel (up to 5%).
