Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance on a variety of issues and devices, hardware, or software.
• Onboarding and Offboarding of equipment and accounts.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems quickly while prioritizing when needed and escalating when appropriate.
• Receive requests and respond through various methods of contact.
• Install, upgrade, and/or repair hardware and software on workstations and mobile devices.
• Document and monitor issues/outages to ensure a timely resolution through the ticketing system.
• Asset management and tracking throughout different offices.
• Research and recommend any equipment or hardware upgrades/changes that may be helpful to achieve smooth operation for end users.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

Skills:

• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills and patience communicating with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
• Familiarity of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Adobe, laptops with Microsoft Windows, iPhones/iPads, Android phones/Tablets, and other various office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines etc.) as needed.
• Understanding and appreciation for information security within our infrastructure and user devices.
• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks and time.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
