The Director of Nursing, Maternal Child, is responsible for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Level II Nursery. Approximately 400 births annually. The Director will develop, implement, and manage the department budget, engage in ongoing quality and performance improvement, invest in lifelong learning for staff professional development, and ensure employees complete all required annual competencies—reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Requirements;
3 years of management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Certification BLS required.
